Student Member

This classification is relevant to those who have enrolled on a Diploma or Advanced Diploma programme at a registered CTHCM centre.

Associate Member (AMCTHCM)

Awarded to those who have passed or been exempted from the Diploma level examination. Holders of equivalent qualifications acceptable to CTHCM may also be granted associate membership.

Member (MCTHCM)

Awarded to those who have passed or been exempted from the Advanced Diploma level examination, and hold at least two years experience in the industry. Holders of equivalent qualifications acceptable to CTHCM may also be granted membership, as may those who have at least ten years' relevant experience.

Fellow (FCTHCM)

Awarded at the discretion of CTHCM to those who have achieved positions of significant responsibility in the industry, or who have made notable contributions to the work of CTHCM.

All applications for student membership must be made through the educational institution at which the student is registered for the CTHCM course. All educational institutions hold copies of the student's form and will be able to advise on the fee payable at the time of registration. Upon acceptance, students will receive a letter confirming their student membership status and their individual registration number. This number must be quoted in any correspondence with CTHCM. This number must also be used on all examination and assessment work. Each educational institution will also receive a list of those students who are registered and their numbers.

Applications for the remaining membership grades should be sent directly to CTHCM. Please provide as much relevant information as possible so we can make an informed decision on your application. As above, once accepted, the member will receive a letter confirming their membership status and their individual registration number. This number must be quoted in any correspondence with CTHCM.
